Synopsis:
In this lecture, participants will:

  • Utilize dental photography equipment: Gain proficiency in using specialized equipment and tools to capture high-quality dental images.
  • Portrait editing: Learn techniques for editing and retouching dental portraits to achieve professional and polished results.

  • Create a professional portfolio: Build a portfolio showcasing your dental portrait work to attract new patients and enhance your practice’s image.

Upon successful completion of this lecture, participants will learn essential photography knowledge for capturing high-quality dental portraits, as well as master lighting, composition and editing to enhance patient comfort and achieve polished results. Attendees will also develop skills to create a professional portfolio that showcases their work and elevates their practices.

*This event is open to hospital residents and new dentists ONLY. New dentists are dentists who graduated from dental school within the last 10 years. Registrations from dentists who are NOT hospital residents/new dentists will be cancelled.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
All requests for refunds or credits must be made in writing or by phone and received at least two weeks prior to the course date. A full refund, less a ten dollar ($10.00) administrative charge, or if requested and available, credit for a similarly priced course will be issued. Refunds or credits requested after this date will not be granted, including requests made based on absence due to illness, late arrival for courses and/or weather conditions. In the event that a course is cancelled by Second District, paid tuition will be fully refunded.
