CE Transcript

As a member benefit, credits for courses sponsored by Second District Dental Society are automatically submitted to the NYSDA Continuing Education (CE) Registry. Members may view their official transcript of courses recorded with the registry online. The transcript serves as acceptable proof of courses taken if and whenever requested by the New York State Education Department.
