The Second District Dental Society is the local component of the New York State Dental Association and the American Dental Association representing 1,400 member dentists in Brooklyn and Staten Island. It is our hope that this website provides our members with information that will aid them in making the most out of their membership. Synopsis:
This webinar will delve into the updated nomenclature of cracked teeth, which also breaks way into thoughts on new technology. This enlightening lecture will also tackle the phenomenon of cracked teeth literature, management and protocols. Upon successful completion of this course, attendees will be able to:

  1. Define the various classifications of cracked teeth and relative prognosis.
  2. Identify the best ways to diagnose cracked teeth using clinical and imaging modalities.
  3. Better evaluate the classic and contemporary literature on cracked teeth management and protocols.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
All requests for refunds or credits must be made in writing or by phone and received at least two weeks prior to the course date. A full refund, less a ten dollar ($10.00) administrative charge, or if requested and available, credit for a similarly priced course will be issued. Refunds or credits requested after this date will not be granted, including requests made based on absence due to illness, late arrival for courses and/or weather conditions. In the event that a course is cancelled by Second District, paid tuition will be fully refunded.

Aligning with the Association’s commitment to be sustainable and provide members with more flexible access to clinical content, ADA member subscriptions to The Journal of the American Dental Association will switch from print to digital in 2025.
