• ADA Delegate – 3 slots, 1-year term each.
• ADA Alternate Delegate – 2 slots, 1-year term each
• NYSDA Delegate – 5 slots, 1-year term each
• NYSDA Alternate Delegate – 8 slots, 1-year term each
• NYSDA Council on Dental Health Planning & Hospital Dentistry representative – 1 slot, 4-year term (renewable)
• NYSDA Council on Professional Liability Insurance representative – 1 slot, 4-year term (renewable)
• NYSDA Council of Nominations  – 1 slot, 1-year term (renewable)
